Head and Shoulders Reversal Patterns

Looking at the weekly chart of the Dow Jones Index, there is increased discussion among technicians around whether we are seeing a reverse head and shoulders pattern where price is now poised to breakout above the neckline. A reverse or inverse pattern would resemble a person hung upside down. Still noticeable is the left shoulder, head, and right shoulder as well as the neckline which runs across the highs and can act as a resistance area.
